Empowering the Builders of What’s Next
3MD Ventures was founded by Milad Davoodi, a former Tesla and Amazon Web Services leader who saw a gap in how small and mid-sized businesses access high-level technology and execution.
After spending over a decade scaling billion-dollar programs at Tesla and AWS — from building Tesla’s Global Used Vehicle and Trade-In Program to helping AWS deploy $5B in strategic investments — Milad recognized that the same data-driven systems and operational rigor used by Fortune 500 companies could transform how smaller organizations grow.
That realization led to 3MD Ventures: a globally distributed product and engineering studio built to give growing companies the same advantage — enterprise-grade technology, AI, and automation, without the BS.
What began as a small advisory practice in Austin quickly evolved into a full-scale innovation collective. Today, 3MD Ventures brings together former Tesla and AWS operators, full-stack engineers, UX designers, and data experts across North America and Europe.
