MacAviation, a growing aviation maintenance firm, needed structure around pricing, invoicing, and business strategy. I built a custom Excel tool that calculates service costs based on parts, labor, and overhead—helping the owner (who wasn’t tech-savvy) confidently price work, track margins, and forecast earnings. Alongside the tool, I provided guidance on LLC structure, tax strategy, and overhead planning, while also creating transparent, marketable service pricing for customers.
Today, MacAviation relies on these systems to invoice accurately, protect margins, and operate with a repeatable, data-driven model that supports sustainable growth.
