AWS managed over 500+ sales programs worth billions of dollars, but sales reps lacked a unified way to know which credits fit a customer, how much to offer, or how to track ROI. This slowed deals and led to waste.

As Sr. Product Manager, I architected a global recommendation engine that audited 500+ programs and used a rules-based + ML-powered model to match customers to the right credit strategy. I built the UX for quick applications, introduced ROI-based credit recommendations, and partnered with Sales, Product, and Finance to ensure adoption.

The tool brought discipline and speed to billions in credit allocation, empowering sales to close faster, align credits to ROI, and prevent misuse—transforming AWS’s investment pool into a strategic growth lever.
