Facing a quarterly delivery shortfall, I designed and launched Tesla’s first-ever inside sales program. By analyzing vehicle data, payment history, and equity positions, I created targeted upgrade offers that gave owners newer vehicles with better features at lower monthly costs—often with cash back.
The 5-person pilot delivered 600+ vehicles in just 6 weeks, closed the demand gap without discounts, and converted a non-selling support team into a formal inside sales engine later scaled globally. This initiative became a model for lifecycle-driven sales, blending data, product, operations, and finance into one seamless revenue engine.
